Shipping & Returns
All poster art prints are packaged in moisture and tear resistant padded envelopes.
All of our products are available worldwide and shipping charges are calculated according to location upon checkout. All products are delivered via Airmail by our carrier, SingPost as a Registered Article.
Upon shipping, you will receive an “Order Fulfilled” notification email, where you can find the tracking number under the Delivery section. You may track the delivery status of your items here.
If you have missed your deliveries, a delivery advice will be slipped underneath the door of the shipping address you have provided. You can arrange for a redelivery, collect your mail from the designated post office or get your mail redirected to a post office of your choice for collection. This arrangement applies to both local and overseas mail.
Standard Delivery Timings
Estimated: Local Orders (1-2 weeks), Overseas Orders (2-4 weeks)
Do note that delivery timings are estimated and may or may not be the actual delivery standard experienced. For festive postings, kindly allow an additional 10 days on top of the standard delivery timings.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at the moment.
Should any product purchased has any defects, do kindly email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days from delivery date. To facilitate your request, do send us photos of the defect(s) for us to assess whether the product purchased has a manufacturing defect or was damaged in transit.
